One mark, every category
The ambition is not a bigger brand. It is a company with no natural ceiling on what it can build — and a single mark strong enough to stand behind all of it.

A rug is a decision about a room
Nobody buys a rug. They buy a version of a room they have been imagining. Getting that right is a product problem before it is a marketing one.

AI isn't the strategy. The business is.
The useful question is never whether to use AI. It is which specific cost, delay or ceiling in the business it removes — and what happens if it removes nothing.

Own the boring layer
Brand and product get the attention. Sourcing, quality control and fulfilment decide whether the business survives its second year.

On a marketplace, the listing is the product
Customers do not meet your product. They meet a page. Treating that page as packaging rather than paperwork changes what gets built.

Build the second brand while you build the first
A house of brands is not a company with several brands. It is a company where the second one costs less than the first — and that has to be designed in from the start.
